All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery is carried out according to the order queue. Delivery delays can occur if there is a high volume of orders and or problems that occur with couriers that are beyond our responsibility.

  • Orders received before 04.00PM, will be sent on the same day
  • Orders received after 04.00PM will be sent the next day

Instant Courier

  • Orders received before 02.00PM, will be sent on the same day
  • Orders received after 02.00PM will be sent the next day

How Do I Check The Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow max 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please note the following Terms & Condition for return and refund policy:

  • All product seals must not be tampered with.
  • Returned product must have our hologram and warranty sticker attached.
  • Returned product have to be in original product packaging with all accessories included.
  • Returned product must be in original packaging with all the accessories included.

To initiate a return / refund, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

  • All returned products will be check by our return product team, please expect 2-5 working days of progress.
  • Shipping and courier costs that occur are borne by the buyer.
  • Returned Products that are lost in shipping are not our responsibility.
